About the Role


We are seeking a Subscriptions Partnership Assistant to provide administrative support to the corporate subscriptions team.


Please note that is a 6-month temporary contract position, ideal for candidates who wish to gain working experience with a media company. We pay an hourly rate of $10.50.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Involvement in the sales and marketing of school publications and related resources
  • Handling of school publications and related resources - administration, processing, enquiries and logistics
  • Assistance in coordinating logistics/deliveries
  • Inventory management of marketing collaterals
  • Database creation and management

  • Information processing, conceptualising and organising events (workshops, schools camps, talks etc) contacting suppliers, venue owners, arrangement
