Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out age-appropriate learning activities based on Kinderland’s holistic curriculum for our students.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Maintain good communication with parents, colleagues, and management.
• Be a caring, energetic, and positive team player who enjoys working with children.
• Observe, monitor, and assess children’s learning progress and development.
• Participate in centre events, trainings, and continuous improvement programmes.

Qualifications

• KAP, Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Candidates with relevant teaching experience or childcare experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, creative, responsible, and passionate about teaching young children.
• Willing to learn and grow in the early childhood education industry.
• Must have own transport due to the centre location and accessibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
