Job Purpose
Support the Revenue Management function in maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution strategies in line with Accor standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market trends.
• Assist with pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Maintain rates and availability across all distribution channels.
• Analyze competitor performance and identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare revenue reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with Accor revenue management policies and systems.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hotel revenue, reservations, or commercial experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of PMS, RMS, CRS, and distribution systems preferred.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
