Summary:


Client Service Analyst is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships with existing clients and internal/external business partners and regulators.


This role requires the individual to have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and is solution-oriented to ensure that excellent services are provided to clients.
  • High analytics and able to analyst client revenue numbers.
  • Able to embrace change and willing to address challenges.
  • To support client service manager and relationship manager in day to day activities.


Job Scope

  • Deliver highly valued services to clients to ensure quality services are consistently delivered when handling day to day client enquiries via email and phone call.
  • Coordinate with various departments on any queries which requires support from these departments.
  • Completion of Client Tickets in Sales Force System.
  • Preparation of Revenue Report for Sales team.
  • Preparation of Audit Confirmation Request for Bursa Malaysia.
  • Preparation of client weekly or monthly report ( CSDR Report, Account Reconciliation Report, Client MI report)
  • Filing of client documents via Smartdoc and physical file (if required).
  • Support senior client service officer in handholding for client KYC onboarding.
  • Perform other duties as and when required.
