Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be involved in building scalable web and mobile applications, developing healthcare SaaS products, and delivering innovative digital solutions for our clients and internal products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working across frontend and backend technologies, and leveraging modern development tools and AI technologies to improve productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications for healthcare and SaaS products.

• Develop backend systems, APIs, and business logic using Node.js and PHP.

• Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js and ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.

• Design, optimize, and manage databases using MongoDB and MySQL to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations across multiple systems and platforms.

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud platforms) and support containerized deployments using Docker.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, system analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and prepare technical documentation for system enhancements and maintenance.

• Conduct research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and development practices to improve product capabilities and team efficiency.

• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and able to leverage them effectively to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving.

• Provide technical support and resolve production issues while ensuring minimal system downtime.

• Work collaboratively in an agile environment and manage multiple projects with strong ownership and accountability.
