Kerja Sepenuh Masa QC Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di MGB Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities throughout the construction phase.
• Supervise inspectors and monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Maintain daily inspection records and update inspection status reports.
• Attend client meetings, project progress reviews, and subcontractor coordination meetings to address quality-related matters.
• Liaise with clients on project quality issues and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct project quality audits in accordance with the approved quality plan.
• Prepare and submit QA/QC reports as required by management and clients.
• Manage QC claims, documentation, and related records.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of QC data in the database system.
• Monitor testing activities and maintain proper, up-to-date quality records and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related course.
• Experience in high-rise building construction will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection procedures, and construction quality standards.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willing to be based on-site in Medini, Johor.
