Job ResponsibilitiesEngineering Documentation

• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with the Document Controller for registration, tracking, and internal/external distribution of engineering documents.
• Ensure proper 5S practices are maintained for both hardcopy and softcopy document filing systems.
• Assist Engineers with data entry and documentation updates for analysis purposes.

Process Development & Improvement

• Conduct research to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Establish safety and work procedures for operational processes.
• Design and plan equipment layouts to support production requirements.
• Perform process testing and monitor process performance throughout production activities.
• Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Technical Operations

• Support manufacturing activities involving plating processes, surface treatment, washing, and chromate processes.
• Participate in process monitoring, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in manpower planning and workforce management within the assigned area

Pay: RM42,000.00 - RM72,000.00 per year
