Kerja Sepenuh Masa PC Build - Repair Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di BRIGHTSTAR COMPUTER SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Do you enjoy assembling custom PCs from scratch and solving hardware problems? We are looking for a skilled technician to join our team at ioi City Mall. Your primary role will be to build and repair PCs according to customer specifications, ensuring top-quality performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble custom DIY PC builds, including cable management, BIOS configuration, OS installation, and stress testing before handover.

- Diagnose and repair both hardware and software faults on desktops and laptops.

- Handle customer warranty claims, including in-house processing and RMA coordination with principals, tracking parts replacement and turnaround time.

- Advise customers on BrightCare or out-of-warranty options when applicable.

- Maintain branch facilities by replacing downlights, transformers, and power supplies, as well as ensuring POS, network, and equipment uptime.

- Submit weekly reports to HQ on completed jobs, pending tasks, warranty cases, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in PC assembly and hardware troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of electrical and lighting maintenance.

- Good communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers and manage expectations.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
