Role Purpose
Responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant information flow throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control & Management
- Manage the document control system for all electrical engineering, construction, and commissioning documents
- Control, transmit, and track drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection test plans, minutes of meeting, and weekly and monthly reports between engineering teams, site teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and revision tracking
Construction & Electrical Documentation
- Print, distribute, and update electrical construction drawings, including single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and as-built mark-ups for site use
- Compile and submit Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Safety documentation related to electrical works for final handover
Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate document submissions, approvals, and comments with clients and consultants
- Support documentation for inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Site Acceptance Tests
- Maintain records of site instructions, technical queries, and design changes
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Maintain project document registers and progress records
- Support Finance in document verification for invoices and claims
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
Systems & Compliance
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access for document control and reporting activities
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control for electrical or construction projects
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
