Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate relationships with key clients to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to secure new clients.
Lead client presentations and demonstrate deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
Provide exceptional client service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects and campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Prepare regular reports on account performance and present findings to management.
Manage and mentor a team of client service executives to achieve their goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance client service and business growth.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 5 - 8 years of account management or sales experience, preferably from marketing or creative agencies industry

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the Finance Executive day to day tasks - daily transactions
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance Managers
• Assist to ensure all accounting records and bookkeeping transactions across all jurisdictions are updated via systems
• Ensure that all donor receive their receipts on time
• Compile and analyze data, track information, and support the finance team
• Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
• Assist supervisor in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with cash collection
Requirement:
• Preferred academic background is a Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Good work ethic and strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
