Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation of Companies and LLP, strike-off, preparation of directors/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters
Update and maintain clients’ company statutory registers and records
Research and development managers plan, direct and coordinate the research and development activities of an enterprise or organization or of enterprises that provide related services to other enterprises and organizations.
Accountants review and analyse financial statements, budgets, financial reports, and business plans in order to check for irregularities resulting from error or fraud, and provide their clients with financial advice in matters such as financial forecasting and risk analysis. They may audit financial data, resolve insolvency cases, prepare tax returns and provide other tax-related advice in reference to current legislation.
Accounting managers assume responsibility for all accounting activities relating to financial reporting. They develop and maintain accounting principles and procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial statements issued, supervise accounting staff and manage the accounting activities within the appropriate time frame and budget.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the accounting database with accurate data entry and backup
processing.
Maintain cash and bank records, including reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
Create journals for bank transactions and handle day-to-day administration tasks.
Document day-to-day expenses and conduct general ledger checks.
Ensure daily collections match cash bank-in and Muzartime system records.
Input official receipts after updating bank statements and generate daily collection reports.
Respond to emails related to supplier payment advice and review student advance fees.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and company secretaries.
Check debtor aging to ensure no outstanding records and issue cheques with payment
vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, check creditor aging, request Statements of Account (SOA), and
perform financial verifications, including Profit & Loss reports, for monthly submission to the
CEO. Also, perform any other duties as required by the Superior.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
Strong proficiency in accounting software ERP and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Assist the Senior Account Manager/ Accountant / Manager / Assistant Manager in financial matters of the company by undertaking a portfolio of accounting responsibilities as assigned by the Accountant. The portfolio of tasks includes the area of accounts payable and account receivables, financial reporting and cash flow reporting, reconciliation of suppliers’ and debtors statements, checking of monthly trial balance and audit schedules.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assist senior in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts and ad hoc
accounting assignments for a portfolio of clients.
- Recording and posting of all business transactions such as sales, receipts,
purchases/expenses and payments.
- Perform reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts receivables and payables.
- Prepare audit/tax schedules.
- Systematic and timely filing of documents.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding fees.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by senior.
