Pour paint into spray guns and adjust nozzles and paint mixes for proper paint flow and coating thickness. Spray paints and sandblasts heavy equipment using sandblasting equipment. Spray paint and sand blast heavy equipment, pipes, valves, etc. Mixed paint, filled sand pots, maintained air compressors, painted, sandblasted, operated electric crane. Set up equipment for spray paint, sand blasting, compressors, and generators. Operated hand tools and power tools such as sprayers and Sand Blast Hose. Sandblast, lead abate, hand sand, and profile surfaces. Calculated proper inventory of paint and sand and ordered as needed. Provided and performed basic standardized procedures and direct personal resident and industrial painting skills and safety procedures. Follow all safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions to safety officials or manufacturing supervision. Comply with prescribed safety procedures or federal laws regulating waste disposal methods. Followed safety procedures and company guidelines on a daily basis. Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.Adjusted air pressure and directs stream of abrasive over area requiring removal of imperfections Regulated conveyor speeds, machine temperature, air pressure, flow and spray of coatings.
