Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative work and staff members; taking corrective action when necessary.
Schedule management of all administrative work
Coordination with HQ’s corporate department
Support in the hiring, evaluation of site personnel and contract renewal
Application of work pass for new expats and staff
Site accounting work such as collection of quotations, negotiation and making payment to suppliers.
Work with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses Develop, review, and improve the administrative systems, policies, and procedures in project.
Ensure necessary office supplies and all equipment are working and properly maintained.
Logistics arrangement of project staffs and supervisors coming to project site.
Handling all other logistics for equipment, spares, repairs etc. required for project.
Planned, schedule, and promote office events, including orientations and training sessions.
Ensure all practices are in compliance with labor and employment regulations.
Handling of project IT audit by HQ
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Economics
Minimum 3 years of similar experience
Knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel)
Conversant with Singapore and Japanese HR and associated admin rules & regulations

Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.

Work closely with Legal Counsels and Project Accountants for necessary documentations and reviews.
Handle contract disputes and negotiations with suppliers or subcontractors.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 4 - 6 years of experience in contracts management, preferably from the construction/ civil engineering industry.
Possess strong knowledge in contracts law and regulations.
