As the in-house Facility Management Manager, you are the first line in customer services for soft-facility management services, including cleaning, pest control, landscape, room booking, event venue and management to support SEAB’s core operations. Your work is essential to ensuring that the SEAB facilities are well-maintained, clean, safe, and well-presented, contributing to the organisation's success. You play a key role in liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and guiding soft-facility management towards the out-source IFM services providers and delivering high-quality services in accordance with KPIs set out in the IFM contract.

Support estate and facilities management services to ensure that it is run in an efficient and effective manner
Monitor Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and term contractors to ensure compliance with agreements and service delivery standards
Assist on matters relating to budgeting/budget utilisation, tenancies, tenders and quotations, project claims and invoice processing.
Workplace transformation
Manage improvement works/renovation projects from inception to completion
Engage with external agencies/consultants on space planning and project management, including gathering of internal fitting-out requirements, relocation and change management.
