Electricians fit and repair electrical circuits and wiring systems. They also install and maintain electrical equipment and machinery. This work can be performed indoors as well as outdoors, in nearly every type of facility.
1. To issue Shipment Allocation Form, Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List, B/L and all related with shipment.
2. To liaise with the transporter for delivery arrangement for local shipment and liaise with forwarding agent, liner and haulage for export shipment.
3. To liaise with sales department on stock in warehouse for delivery arrangement and advise customer on delivery schedule (local shipment).
4. To liaise with sales and customer on shipment arrangement (export shipment).
5. To provide shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L and others to customer after shipment for export shipment and provide invoice to customer for local shipment.
6. To present shipping documents to selected bank within time frame for L/C documents.
7. To provide information on shipping costing and expenses to Officer for department monthly expenses report.
8. To prepare cut off point and Monthly Sales Tax Report to A/C Dept.
9. To carry out other duties assigned by Immediate Superior & any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
