We're looking for a Chef De Cuisine – Western required for our signature kitchen under Culinary Division.
Job summary
The Chef De Cuisine, under the guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef, is responsible for the overall success of the western signature kitchen operations. The following are the responsibilities of this role: -
• Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
• Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
• Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced.
• Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports.
• Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Requirement
• Relevant experience or previous kitchen experience for this role
• Effective planning and organizing skills

• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)

1. Oversees and directs production line operations.
