1. Memastikan kerosakan fasiliti, bangunan, peralatan elektrik, alat-alat pemasangan, sistem kelengkapan jentera, perlatan elektronik dan yang berkaitan diberi perhatian segera dan dibaiki dalam masa yang ditetapkan oleh pihak syarikat.

Job Description:
Design of Electrical, Electrical Low Voltage, Structural Cabling & installations.
Preparations of preliminary and schematic drawings for the above works.
Preparation of design calculations
Preparation of tender, contract and construction drawings and documentation
Prepare cost data and budgetary estimates.
Liaise and/or coordinate with clients.
Periodic supervision of works on site.
Contract administration; i.e. issuance of Engineer’s Instructions, non- compliance record (NCR), certificate of payments, defects list, outstanding works list, etc.
Prepare tender comparisons and tender reports, etc.
Attend client consultant, site, coordination meetings, etc.
Prepare variation orders, final accounts, etc.
Prepare project correspondences, minutes of meetings, etc.
Follow up on progress of works on site and compliance to the contract.
Contribute to team effort within the office environment.
Job Requirement:
Can perform well analytically and also decision making in problem solving.
Must be well versed to share and communicate conceptual ideas to technical audiences
Must be familiar with design guidelines of electrical commodity.
1. Patuh kepada Prosedur Jabatan Projek SVSB-JP-P01 hingga P04.
2. Membantu pengurus projek mengira keperluan kuantiti bagi sesuatu kerja.
3. Membantu menyediakan Laporan Kemajuan Tapak Bulanan kepada klien.
4. Menghadiri mesyuarat tapak kemajuan bulanan.
5. Memastikan kerja-kerja subkontraktor mengikut spesifikasi klien.
6. Mengenalpasti isu-isu yang timbul ketika projek sedang berjalan.
7. Berkomunikasi baik dengan klien.
8. Terlibat dalam uji saksi pemasangan kerja-kerja mekanikal & elektrikal di tapak projek.
9. Pengawalan penggunaan stok material di tapak.
10. Melaporkan sebarang isu kepada pengurus projek.
