Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance - Ensure products comply with local food regulations (e.g., Malaysia’s Food Act 1983, Food Regulations 1985) - Prepare technical documents, including ingredient lists, allergen declarations, and nutritional labelling - Support HACCP, GMP, and food safety audits
