• Responsible for all legal matters including conveyance, corporate, advisory, litigations and tribunal/dispute resolution for the company
• Provide advice and recommendations on legal issues for the company’s business and operation activities to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Prepare, review and advise on all legal and compliance related documents, i.e. construction contracts/tender, letter of award, loans agreement, tenancy agreement and etc
