Objective:
To be an effective and efficient member of PIDC’s Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions team to deliver marketing and communications initiatives that raise PIDC’s profile and visibility and enable the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions Team to meet student recruitment targets. To provide assistance to colleagues in the support of internal or external events and student activities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work on key KPIs and sales targets.
• Building an international student portfolio of international students and Education Agents.
• Outstanding communication skills, organization skills, and problem-solving skills
• Develop new recruitment channels and expand existing networks for both domestic and International student recruitment.
• Able to travel locally, interstate, and Internationally for student recruitment.
• Assist the Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions Team with planning, organizing, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to generate more leads.
• Identify new opportunities for promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Assist the marketing team in analyzing the progress of the campaign in various methods.
• Develop and build strong client relationships with agents to boost the number of enrolments.
• Keep accurate records of student's and agents databases in accordance with the College procedures.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate brand awareness and new strategy.
• Liaison with the relevant academic staff, marketing colleagues, agencies, students, and parents should be effective, productive, and aligned to the objectives of the Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions.
• Undertake any appropriate duties and marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role will be considered.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Possessing 1-3 years of working experience in Marketing will be prioritized.
• Organized and good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and responsibly with minimum supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and marketing targets.
• Knowledge of international education services or international student background an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, great team player, ambitious.
• Multilingual with fluency in English.
Working hours:
• Mondays to Fridays (9.00 am – 5.00 pm)
Saturdays (half day) (9.00 am – 2.00 pm)
• Secure new business and constant follow up with existing customers to increase sales.
• Keep abreast of market trends and developments in order to execute effective sales strategies.
• Provide technical advice related to product enquiries.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and ad-hoc reports.
• Liaise with other departments to expedite orders and collections whenever necessary.
• Participate in marketing events such as surveys, exhibitions and road shows.
