Responsibilities
1. To serve as a main translator during customer visit in factory or meeting with customer.
2. Able to travel both within Malaysia and outside of Malaysia.

6. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
7. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attarcts and convert our target groups.
8. Build startegic relationship and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
9. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
10. Oversee and approve marketing material, from the website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
11. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
12. Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

• Works with management to create and execute the overall business strategy for sales and marketing.
• Develops and implements marketing campaigns, including creating advertisements, conducting market research, and creating sales presentations.
• Develops and implements sales plans, including identifying target clients and creating sales strategies based on their needs.
2. Product Development:
• Product Conceptualization: Generating ideas for new products or product improvements based on market insights and consumer needs.
• Product Design: Creating sketches, prototypes, or digital models of products, considering aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Brand Development: Developing brand identities, designs, and brand messaging.

• Collaborating with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively promote products to target audiences.
4. User Experience (UX) Design:
• Ensuring that products offer positive user experiences through intuitive design and usability testing.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
• Effectively communicating product concepts and designs to cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to align product design with marketing goals and ensure successful product launches.

• Keeping abreast of industry trends, design innovations, and consumer preferences to inform product design and marketing strategies.
• Gathering feedback from consumers, stakeholders, and market data to iterate on product designs and marketing approaches.

• Identifying opportunities for new products.
• Analyzing how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences.
• Setting design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Understand copywriting and video/poster template/framework
2. Understand the core message from the successful campaigns received from the other department.
3. Develop and implement effective and engaging copy for Facebook ad campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and target audience.
4. Duplicate/repurposed copywriting and ads creative multiple times, while preserving the core message, based on the successful campaigns received from other department.
5. Write clear and persuasive headlines, copywriting, and calls-to-action that capture attention and drive target audience to take desired actions.
6. Prepare and present accurate reports on campaign’s overall performance and other required relevant reports.
7. Continuous analyze, improving & optimizing every campaign performance.
8. Request poster image or video for the facebook ads from creative team and make sure the poster requested align with the copywriting message and capture attention and drive target audience to take desired actions.

10. Assist your department in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
11. Collaborate with designers, marketers and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects
12. To support Creative team crafting graphics when is needed, with basic skill in graphic design, video editing and/or photography from existing marketing material when is required
13. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
14. Identify and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, potential new channels, strategies, technologies affecting our industry to keep us ahead
15. Any other tasks as assigned by superior/ management to you from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any related field.
2. Proven experience in field such as Marketing or related role
3. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that engages and motivates target audience to take action.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
6. Great interpersonal skill
7. Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
8. Able to understand Bahasa Malaysia & English, both written and verbal
