Roles & Responsibilities
Work with Medical Affairs Manager to determine clinical needs and provide facilitation to customers
Effectively communicate company product-specific messages and differentiation versus the competitors to customers
Determine clinical and knowledge needs and provide clinical facilitation to customers to ensure their competency and confidence in Company products.
Formulate clinical training plans for your responsible accounts and review them with Medical Education and Training Manager
Collaborate with the sales team to set up at clinics clinical training events, product presentations, and in-house training workshops
Share feedback from external experts including their perspectives on data and medical/scientific concepts, views of the general aesthetics area landscape, and clinical experiences
Conduct training on scientific/medical information content at Product Informational Speaker Training events.
Share medical insights, customer insights, and competitor intelligence obtained from the field
Provide product and clinical training for internal Company staff, as required.
Provide expert advice to colleagues within the organization based on knowledge gained from professional experience or training in the field
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology required, and advanced degree preferred. 2-5 years' experience.
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate the efforts of team members to resolve comments, and produce a final high-quality document.
Experience in administering medication and providing treatments according to specifications, not a must.
