JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demand, and competition in the retail leasing sector
Analyze market data to develop effective leasing strategies
2. Tenant Acquisition:
Actively seek and identify potential retail tenants through proactive outreach and networking
Present property features, benefits, and leasing opportunities to prospective tenants
3. Lease Negotiation:
Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, and any special considerations
Collaborate with legal teams/solicitors to ensure lease agreements comply with regulations and protect the interests of all parties
4. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns promptly
5. Property Promotion:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote vacant retail spaces
Utilize online and offline channels to showcase properties and attract potential tenants
6. Budgeting and Financial Analysis:
Work with financial data to establish competitive rental rates
Monitor and analyze property performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Retail Leasing / Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
Min 3 years of proven experience in retail leasing and tenancy management
Managing tenants & leasing retail spaces
Negotiating lease terms, and renewal tenancy management includes the development of leasing strategy, rental projection, retail planning, and tenant's technical
Superior interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
Strategic thinking
Analytical thinking and ability to do analysis reports
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good in technical & business writing & reports
IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
The ability to analyze rental and sales figures
Strong retail network
