The Sales Support role will be an integral part of the Enterprise Team, responsible for engaging multiple enterprises ranging from MSMEs to SMEs to facilitate their journey towards digital transformation. The primary focus will be on maintaining accurate data tracking of client sales journeys and managing applications for government grants on behalf of clients.

Position Objective
Takes full responsibility of Sales support for the tasks, roles, and technology that exist within an organization to help sales representatives to handle customers orders matters. Using independent action, recognizes problems and initiates correct action within the parameters of company policies. Establishes a good working relationship with customers by communicating via e-mail or telephone with customers, internal sales and relevant department.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Takes full responsibility for all sales support functions related to sales order processing including account opening, credit application, order amendments etc.
Provides various sales supporting functions which not limited to quotations, loan request, orders confirmation, submitting of documentation approval as compliance to procedure.
Ensure all customers’ order can be processed smoothly by checking lead time and availability of part number.
Communicates with PD/PM & supply chains for delivery date, pull-in schedule and initiates correspondence with customers regarding any shipment & delivery issues.
Coordinates with various department to ensure timely delivery to customer including Performa invoice and coordinating of credit/DN block.
Provides sales quotations report, order booking report, back-order status report and sales analysis reports as required.
Engages in activities to improve customers’ relationship, communicates with customers for orders matter, import/export problems and all inquiry from customers.Handles L/C opening and amendment with various parties as necessary.
Assist on key customers project table & order forecasting,work closely with PM/PD on supply chain planning and reservation as to meet customer expectation.
Maintenance of customer master information including address, contacts, pricing grade, salesperson data etc.
Minimum Job Requirements
Min. Diploma Level with 2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination of university education and experience.
With good personality, sense of urgency and judgement, able to work independently.
Strong customer orientation with good writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially with Excel.
Immediate starter and hand-on with SAP system is highly preferred
