iv. Analyze sales and identify sales team problems.
v. Prepare and implement a sales training program (Point-of-Sales system and
product knowledge).
i. Involved in the management of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the sales department (creating and updating).
vii. Ensure promotion and marketing planning is carried out smoothly.
viii. Act as cashier if required.
