- Able to handle full set accounts, preparing of accounting schedule on monthly basis.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Coordinate M & E and architectural drawings, to highlight discrepancies and take remedial measures, where necessary, timely and effectively.
Plan and implement, at structural stage, the M & E services required for the project.
Assist in the preparation and submission of M & E claims for the project.
Check and supervise the work of M & E sub contractors
You will be responsible for:
Generate detailed BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and/or Electrical works in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices.
Propose system routing independently based on engineering standards, and perform quality checks on model and drawing production.
Interpret and comprehend schematic and single-line diagrams for accurate representation in BIM models.
Maintain meticulous records of all issued and received models/drawings, ensuring document control standards are met.
Actively participate in coordination meetings and clash detection sessions as needed, contributing to seamless project execution.
Provide regular progress reports to the Design Lead, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.
Work under the guidance of the BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator, diligently performing assigned tasks and meeting project objectives.
Adhere to and support office BIM standards, policies, and procedures, particularly in BIM-assisted Quantification.
