Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures or work instructions. 10. Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the project. 11. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. 12. Take-charge on-site facilities preparation and planning for site team and client usage. Require to coordinate with procurement and higher management until ready to use on-site such as site cabin, water supply, toilet, furniture, transportation and etc. 13. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management
