This is an Accounts Receivable position with some functions of Accounts Payable.
Resort-island based, board and lodging provided.
Responsibilities:
• Daily audit and clearing of receivables in cash, credit cards and bank transfers.
• Daily income audit of guest folios.
• Handling and audit of multiple petty cash accounts.
• To assist in cash payroll.
• Posting of suppliers’ invoices.
• To assist in monthly inventory and stock audit.
• To do cost and variance analysis.
• To assist in maintaining Fixed Assets Listing.
• Other ad hoc accounting tasks assigned from time to time.
• Report to Finance Manager.
Requirements:
• At least a LCCI Bookkeeping Level 3/Diploma in Accounting.
• Able to communicate in written English.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and with lots of initiatives

- Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning station.
