To Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time. REQUIREMENTS: 1. 4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, 2. Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift 3. Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management 6. Highly motivated team player with great initiative, interpersonal skills. 7. Competency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory software. 8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Responsibilities • To check equipment and ensure it is safe to be used. • To inform supervisor if equipment is in need of repair or not working properly or in any unsafe condition. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems encountered in daily production. • To inspect and ensure fabricated components are the correct size. • Follow up on the work done to ensure that work is running smoothly and according to schedule. In the event of problems, notify the superior immediately and take immediate corrective measures to bring work back on track. • To execute the preventive maintenance and repair work on all mining process plant equipment's, machineries and facilities and ensure that they are in good working condition. • To analyse the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the components to be constructed and assembled. • To assemble structural components to create a finished system, using blueprints as a guide. • For cutting works, check the cylinders, regulators, hoses etc are the right one and are in good working condition. • To keep all equipment, cables hoses, cylinder etc. out of any traffic routes such as door hallways. • Turn off and lock equipment tools when not in use • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment. • To ensure job card is endorsed by supervisor daily after works • Maintain and keep proper and complete record of all work done and maintain and secure works tools. • Ensures full compliance with the company’s Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies. • To undertake any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the superior/company.
