• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events and activities at Teck Guan Cocoa Village, including tours, workshops, corporate events, and cultural showcases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to understand event requirements and objectives.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and itineraries that align with the unique offerings and cultural heritage of Teck Guan Cocoa Village.
• Coordinate with local authorities, community stakeholders, and tourism partners to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and support for events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries, providing information, guidance, and personalized assistance to guests and clients.
• Conduct pre-event site inspections, risk assessments, and safety briefings to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor event progress, troubleshoot any issues or concerns that arise, and implement effective solutions to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Evaluate event success, gather feedback from participants, and generate post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, equipment downtime, and any quality control checks.
• Assisting with production scheduling by providing accurate information on current inventory levels, upcoming orders, and equipment availability.
• Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with procurement or logistics departments to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Serving as a liaison between production floor staff, supervisors, and management, relaying important information and ensuring that everyone is informed of any changes or updates.
