Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
Diploma/SPVM in civil or equivalent academic experience.
Have excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
i. Responsible to attend breakdown for civil works
ii. Responsible to perform routine inspection for building.
iii. Responsible to take reading as per daily checklist.
iv. Ensure all complaints and breakdowns are attended to on time.
v. Responsible to assist/monitor outsource contractor for civil works.
vi. Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request or breakdown notice in accordance to the priority and response time
vii. Record and feedback all the maintenance & repair request to Supervisor and Manager

They also calculate material requirements, and help with the purchasing and organising, and ensure the quality of the construction materials.
