- To design and develop CNC programming for 3-axis/Horizontal CNC Milling machines.
- Prepare and maintain all CAM files for CNC machining process.
- To verify the dimensional and cosmetic specifications of the workpiece using allocated measuring equipment according to technical drawing.
- Conduct Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) on CNC programming to optimize process cycle time and quality.
- To support the Production Department in troubleshooting technical issues during Mass Production and improve the CNC program if necessary

• Responsible to setup and operate CNC Milling Machine Program.
• Reads, understands, and creates specification sheets, blue prints, work instructions, and routings.
• Setup, operate and program CNC milling machines to fabricate the precision parts based on given drawing.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D & 3D engineering drawing.
• Prepare 2D/3D programmer using Master CAM and transfer the data to machine.
• Responsibilities include verification of client’s drawings and issuing drawings in job cards to production center for machining, inspection of machining before and after hardening at the end the final inspection is done.
• Create programmes that will allow you to generate high-quality components while maximizing and sustaining efficiency.
• Formulate efficient operational programs that maximize machine utilization and product quality to assure customer expectations are met
• Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts
• Oversee cutting process, make adjustments throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take necessary measures to eliminate errors.
• Lead and guide a group of CNC milling machine operators on machining activities.
• Manage projects based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Supervises set-up and machining during program development and records data.
• Troubleshoot and fine tune machining operations during trial.
• Work closely with other staff to achieve company’s objectives of efficient production and good quality at minimum cost.
• Responsibility includes inspecting machine components after operations.
• Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule.
• Assist engineering department head on any other job-related issue.
• Plan and monitor the projects until all the machining operations are completed.
Computer numerical control machine operators set-up, maintain and control a computer numerical control machine in order to execute the product orders. They are responsible for programming the machines, ensuring the required parameters and measurements are met while maintaining the quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:
To write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheet using Mastercam.
To troubleshoot and assist machinist for CNC programming issues.
To analyze, review, and recommend improvement to existing programs to increase machining efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
To select and recommend tools purchases and/or new equipment to support product manufacturing.
To lead with machining defect investigation, root cause analysis and implement correct actions for manufacturing quality issues.
To assess and provide feedback on product design and manufacturability related issues.
To design fixture and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience on using Mastercam (Milling).
Preferably with minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry performing programming work (Familiar with oil and gas product).
