Job Responsibilities :-
-Analyze drawings, sketches, design Jig & fixture, design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, machine speeds and feed rates.
-Planning of CNC milling process, prepare CNC programming with SolidCAM software, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design.
-Develop work holding and select cutting tools.
-Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up and operation of machines, including instruction sheets on cutter tools setup.
-May require to machine components for first articles or production.
-Perform any other duties assigned by superior or manager from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:
To write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheet using Mastercam.
To troubleshoot and assist machinist for CNC programming issues.
To analyze, review, and recommend improvement to existing programs to increase machining efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
To select and recommend tools purchases and/or new equipment to support product manufacturing.
To lead with machining defect investigation, root cause analysis and implement correct actions for manufacturing quality issues.
To assess and provide feedback on product design and manufacturability related issues.
To design fixture and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience on using Mastercam (Milling).
Preferably with minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry performing programming work (Familiar with oil and gas product).
• Adjusting milling machine settings to the desired product specifications.
• Use computer software to model cutting paths and milling program machines accordingly
• Created programs to control the operation sequence and cycling of CNC milling and turning centers.
• Analysis and selects speeds and milling tools for programs.
• Makes calculations for programming including where should be milling.
• Identifies problems when analyzing milling and recommends alterations
• Creating, modifying milling, testing CNC programs based on workshop drawings, technical data, and instructions from the design department
• Adjusting and setting drills, mills, and lathes to ensure 100 percent accuracy
• reporting, preparing milling project documentation, user/vendor liaison, planning and scheduling, and assisting in budgeting and procuring computer related equipment.
• Maintain internal logs, order parts, and track milling inventory and usage.
• Responsible for the maintenance and operation of a computer numeric controlled (CNC) machine.
• Produce accurate, high quality components with maximum efficiency.
• Plan & specify tooling requirements for production including any jigs & fixtures.
CNC Machine Programmer Responsibilities:
-Responsible for CNC turning and CNC Grinding machine department.
-Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models for CNC machines.
-Choosing and setting the correct cutting tools for the job.
-Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
-Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
-Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
-Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
CNC Machine Programmer Requirements:
-Min. 2 years experience.
-High school diploma or GED.
-Extensive experience as a CNC programmer.
-Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
-Extensive experience with computer modelling software.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline.
-Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work after-hours and odd hours when required.
