Responsibilities:
Understand the curriculum comprehensively and provide support for improvement.
Preparing and maintaining age-appropriate teaching tools, classroom design, and learning environment.
Communicate with parents, provide trial session feedback and guidance on renewal of packages.
Cultivate an established relationship with the families.
Promote a healthy and collaborative environment.
Maintain accurate records of children's records and achieve educational needs.
Develop an environment of compassion, understanding, and passionate commitment to caring and educating young children.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
With 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Passionate, creative energy with a cheerful outlook.

We are looking for more freelance teachers to conduct our enrichment program, Innokid, the Creative Thinking and STEM Integrated Program, www.innokid.com. The classes are run in various preschools island-wide; targeting K1 and K2 students.
The classes are usually arranged on weekdays, after 4pm.
Trainers could go to the assigned schools directly from home. We pay $50 for an hour lesson.
