As the IT Helpdesk Cum Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal employees while also assisting with various human resource functions. This role requires a combination of IT knowledge and human resource skills to effectively support both departments.
Job Responsibilities :
• Organize and plans for onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
• Coordinate for Training Needs Analysis (TNA) requirement activities.
• To handle on learning and development for employee in the implementation of identified training courses as per the approved training budget by the Management.
• Create/plans training procedure manual, guidelines or course materials.
• Maintains training records and development activities, attendance and assessments of the training.
• Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, survey, and feedback.
• Maintains on the updates latest training and development.
• To compile the necessary documents for HRD Corp submission and the refund are made accurately.
• Participate in organizing events/activities for employee. (eg: Group Company Events, Employee Engagement Activities and etc).
• Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
• Maintaining and updating HR related records and systems.
• Perform full cycle of recruitment process including job posting, talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting evaluation check for shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension, resignations, transfer, and other movements of staff to ensure relevant forms and completed timely.
• Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding and off-boarding workflows.
Job Requirement:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management/Business Management
• Minimum one (1) year working experience in the related field required for this position or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge in Employment Act, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and private information.
• Intermediate/Advance in computer literacy (Excel, Words, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
