1) Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.

Responsibilities
1) To assist the Head of Department (Human Resources and General Affairs) in executing and monitoring the whole spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs in meeting the Company's Goals and Objectives.
2) Responsible in managing and maintaining all HR administration databases on payroll, benefits, leave, personal and training records, renewal of foreign workers' permits / passports, employee's claims, disciplinary procedures, etc. in meeting deadlines and conform to statutory requirements and set standards.

Requirements:
1) Preferably passes the Diploma or Degree of Human Resources Management or other academic qualifications in similar discipline from other tertiary institutions.
2) Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
3) Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
4) Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, in group presentations and meetings.
5) Willing to independently travel outstation regularly and working in odd hours when need arises.
6) With working experience at least 2 years related to similar field.
