• Assist in Recruitment Process
• Execute and implement HR-related activities in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
• Ensure excellence in delivering HR activities and initiatives; work with leaders to drive clear communication initiatives to ensure clarity of strategy and drive accountability through the organization.
• Provide consultation, guidance and strategic support to leaders in leading and overseeing employee issues.

Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of related working experience with sound knowledge on Performance Management, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource related laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good rapport and credibility at all levels.
• Good knowledge of HRIS, HR 2000 payroll system and databases.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• To liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
• Well versed in Employment related legislation like Employment Act, EPF act, Socso act, Employment Income Tax Legislation, Industrial Relation act, and others related to the employment concern.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
• Matured, meticulous and possess good attention to details, analytical skills, problem-solving skills; result-oriented and with a self-starter attitude.
