- Melaksanakan kerja-kerja pemfailan HR secara bulanan.
- Menganjurkan sesi latihan atau aktiviti pembangunan prestasi untuk pekerja.
- Menyimpan dan mengemaskini rekod peribadi pekerja.
- Melaksanakan semua tugasan yang berkaitan Sumber Manusia seperti pemilihan calon, perkongsian idea, penyediaan memo, buku panduan pekerja, SOP pengurusan, penstafan, pengurusan disiplin dan lain-lain.

• Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the hiring process.
• Involved in multiple career fair to attract candidate/ talent and as Company branding. For instance; Perkeso Career Fair.
2) Staff Orientation Process & Admin
• Disseminate new Staff Orientation Guidelines to new recruits.
• Plan, source and provide staff orientation and training where appropriate.
• To monitor staff’s confirmation in the system and prepare Staff Evaluation Form and pass to respective HOD for review.
• To prepare confirmation, extension, resignation, transfer, new opening account letter and pass to respective department for distribution.
3) Training Programs
• Analyse and design Training Needs Assessment (TNA), produce TNA report, propose annual training plan and calendar.
• Produce in-house training brochures and yearly training reports.
• Source training provider and venues, make comparison and propose to the Head.
• Manage HRD Corp e-TRIS system, track monthly payment, apply training grants and claims for external and in-house programmes.
• Update and maintain training records.
• Assist to prepare trainer's training materials, maintain training documentation and track staff training hours/ credit.
• Execute any other tasks as and when requested by the Head.
Requirements
• Possesses Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent qualifications.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• At least 3 years of working experiences in HR department with knowledge in Recruitment and Training
• Well conversed in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with effective attention to detail
• Maturity, high integrity, resourcefulness, tactfulness, discipline and work reliable
• Pleasant personality, people orientated with good interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skill are important prerequisites
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demand of the job and tight schedule
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
• Implement and manage ongoing HR projects such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and facilitation of staff welfare initiatives.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Office Management:
• Ensure optimal office operations by managing office supplies stock and placing orders as necessary.
• Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Coordinate candidate screening and interviewing processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
• Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take detailed minutes.
• Plan appointments and events, and manage travel itineraries.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
