Reporting to the Global HR Director and managing a team of HR professional, the Regional HR Director will be the trusted partner to the leadership team where he/she will conceptualise, advice and execute HR strategies and initiatives to support their growth trajectory. The HR Director must have the commercial acumen and flexibility to understand, analyse and pre-empt any business insights, challenges and/or complexity of market conditions, and provide the necessary HR interventions. Amongst their HR strategies and projects, there will be a focus on their talent pool, which includes talent development, future/talent engagement and the talent “readiness”, to maintain their “Employer of Choice” status globally.

Reporting directly to the Group CPO based in Group HQ, and the Regional CEO for APAC and ME, this individual will be responsible for partnering with the CEO and their leadership team to operate as a trusted adviser, advising the business on their growth and transformation journey.
More specifically, this complex global group is committed to growing 20+% YOY across a number of international markets, largely through M&A. This will be a busy and varied position where you will be responsible for defining the people strategy across the region, driving the HR transformation journey, overseeing the annual HR processes supported by the in country and regional HR team, in a strategic and hands on role, where you can deep dive when needed, working across a large number of markets, aligning the global, regional and country people strategy and execution.
