Job Description : - To coordinate new transfer program and responsible to develop jointly on evaluating new processes charts; - To conduct time study and evaluate process flow to identify inefficient area and suggest improvement and action plan; - Involvement in all corrective actions that are taken on any discrepancy found during inspections/audit pertaining to his areas; - Responsible to do the line layout, jig & fixture design and continuous improvement in shop floor - Responsible to meeting customer satisfaction. - Prepare documentation for new Manufacturing processes or Engineering procedures or Engineering change order - Review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) or completeness. • - Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods (FMEA) and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods. • - Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness - Design testing methods and test finished products or process capabilities to establish standards or validate process requirements. - Evaluate manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards - Responsible to develop production method on the implementation to the shop floor; - Responsible to buy-off any new equipment prior to production use. - Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to manufacturing performance.

Electrician - Manufacturing Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical malfunctions and perform repairs to minimize downtime. Use testing equipment to identify faults and ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems. Blueprints and Schematics: 1) Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. 2) Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. New Equipment Installation: 1) Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment. 2) Ensure that all electrical installations meet quality and safety standards. Documentation: 1) Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history. 2) Create and update documentation for electrical systems and procedures. Safety: 1) Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 2) Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety awareness. Qualifications: 1) Diploma or equivalent; completion of a relevant technical program or apprenticeship. 2) Valid electrician's license or certification as required by local regulations. 3) Proven experience as an electrician in a manufacturing or industrial setting. 4) Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring in an industrial environment. 5) Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools for electrical diagnostics. 6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 8) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
