To perform wafer fabrication inspection operations and to ensure wafer quality meets customer requirements.
To support environmental procedures and regulatory requirements.
To ensure full use of machine capacity and to ensure no gaps in machine time stoppage.
To understand the process area; primarily by strictly adhering to the machine’s standard operating procedure, the traveler sheet fill-in procedure, the traveler sheet instructions, proper wafer handling, chemical handling, process verification, machine start-up, shut down, and preventive maintenance activities.
Key person to detect wafer’s process defects, or machine abnormalities and notify the manufacturing supervisor or technical shift leader as soon as possible to ensure no further runs are performed after detection.
To follow the instructions from superiors and to achieve the production output target, process yield, and product quality set by the management.
To understand the theories of processes and machines.
To provide immediate feedback to superiors on any unknown or unidentified defect found on wafers, as well as any machine abnormalities that may cause a lengthy stoppage."

Basic Job Functions:

Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline or Physical Science Field or the equivalent. Preferably: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering.
1-2 years Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and statistical software.

Glass, Lamination, Photovoltaic and/ or Automation experience preferred.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop documents, and enforces standard operating procedures and process description.
Responsible to interface with other company, customer and supplier representatives.
Responsible to develop, continually improve, and document robust solar module manufacturing processes to achieve the highest product performance in a cost efficient manner.
Evaluate new proposed equipment according to process standards.
Plan process experiments, collects and analyses data and report experiments results.
Maintain effective communication levels and fosters Team Building.
Exhibits a self-directed, proactive approach to problem solving.
Domestic and International travel as required.
Adheres to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Responsible Business Alliance policies and procedures that is enforced within the organization.
Investigate and diagnose defects in PCBA to identify issues such as shorts, opens, and other assembly or component-level faults using diagnostic tools and methods.
