Key person to detect wafer’s process defects, or machine abnormalities and notify the manufacturing supervisor or technical shift leader as soon as possible to ensure no further runs are performed after detection. To follow the instructions from superiors and to achieve the production output target, process yield, and product quality set by the management. To understand the theories of processes and machines. To provide immediate feedback to superiors on any unknown or unidentified defect found on wafers, as well as any machine abnormalities that may cause a lengthy stoppage."
