Tugasan dan tanggungjawab
• Melakukan kerja-kerja servis kedai pelanggan seperti mengatur, mengemas serta menggantikan poster paparan produk syarikat yang baru.
• Membantu dan melakukan aktiviti promosi atau pemberian prodok percubaan secara percubaan kepada para pelanggan (Jika perlu)
• Mengumpul serta mengendalikan segala maklumbalas, pertanyaan dan aduan dari pelanggan berkaitan produk syarikat.
• Menyerahkan aktiviti harian/bulanan kepada penyelia.
• Sentiasa mengemaskini dan peka terhadap produk terbaru keluaran syarikat.
• Membuat sebarang tugasan tambahan yang diberikan oleh penyelia.
Syarat Lantikan
• SPM / Diploma / Ijazah dalam bidang Jualan / Pemasaran / Pentadbiran Perniagaan
• 1-2 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dalam menguruskan kedai runcit dari sektor FMCG (diutamakan)
• Graduan baru dialu-alukan untuk memohon
• Menpunyai kemahiran dalam komunikasi.
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Mempunyai kereta sendiri dengan lesen memandu yang sah (kereta)
• Boleh bekerja pada hujung minggu jika diperlukan (hari cuti akan digantikan ke hari lain)

Job Scope
• Make regular visit to store
• Plan and arrange product display according to planogram
• Ensure that products are appropriately tagged with pricing and promotional information
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that products are adequately stocked and available
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to improve sales performance
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and provide feedback for future improvements.
• Collect the return goods from store
• Report and present findings and recommendations to management after servicing for improvements.
Qualification
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license for travel.
• Ability to travel within Johor area.
• Responsible and reliable work ethic
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Prior experience in merchandising or related fields is a plus
• Have own vehicle
