• Join the meeting and receive monthly sales target, and join the daily meeting with the superior and staffs in the section to receive news about new products (and how to use), new promotion to pass information to the customers
• Write the withdrawal form, neatly arrange products on shelves and Top Stock shelves and clean products and aisle
• Welcome customers, give them information about products including how to use them, answer questions, and give suggestion to help them find suitable models
• Close sales: after the customer agree to buy, sales staff must prepare product and pack it for the customer to pick up. If the product will be delivered to the customer’s place, coordinate to set up the delivery
• Make sure that products in sales area are in good condition, make sure packages look good. If there’s any damage, inform the responsible team
• Check article list and stock to present to the superior or write PO for articles that are running low and submit to the superior
• Check customers’ returned product and repair products with the checker and contact customers to follow up and inform customers to come to pick up their products
• Coordinate with GR to check products that is coming in according to GR Slip, sign the slip, neatly store product s and check all articles as assigned
Change price labels to match promotion in each period and withdraw new the price label in case it’s damage
Expected to promote the products and provide good customer service at company’s corporate store.
