What is the team function?
Identify and exploring potential opportunities for business growth and expansion
What will You be doing?
To keep it simple: To drive revenue growth for the company by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and successfully closing deals.
Identifying and targeting potential customers or clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers, with the aim of nurturing long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking progress toward sales goals and objectives.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What is the skill required?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening to understand customer needs.
Ability to articulate product or service features and benefits clearly.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Empathy and understanding of customer concerns.
Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
