Job Requirement • Maintain receipts, records and issue of the raw material stock • Ensure adequate record keeping and documentation to confirm proper stock levels and inventory control • Reconcile stock and expedite with purchase to maintain prescribed minimum stocking levels • Confirm quantity and specifications of inward material and coordinate discrepancies with management • Ensure smooth issue of material in accordance with job-requirement • Maintain store premises in a manner that ensures efficient space utilization, safety of workers, preservation of material and easy access for handling and maintenance. Perform physical stock count to identify stock variances to be reconciled . Ensure all de-carton boxes are disposed of timely and neatly . Clean and maintain production area, including machinery parts, basins, trolley, and pallets . Maintain the cleanliness and order in every storage location . Perform any other warehouse-related activities as instructed by the warehouse manager and store officer . Assist in stacking, replenishing, packing and storage of stores . Packing of items according to packing list. Ensure correct quantity and no damaged or expired items are packed . Assist in delivery of items to respective sections / areas

Requirements . Relevant hands-on experience in related field . Diploma or Degree Holders in any fields . Physically fit . Able to accept 6 days rotating shift working hours as required by store's operations (Morning shift, afternoon shift and midnight shift) including public holiday
