Your responsibility are:

Repair printed circuit board down to component level using multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.

1.0 Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
1.1 Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
1.2 Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
1.3 Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
1.4 Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
1.5 Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.

Electrical Maintenance Technician
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance to Preventive Maintenance Scheduling.
• Ensure production equipment, machinery and factory facilities are in serviceable and good working conditions.
• To check and repair all electrical faulty of machines, factory and customer’s requests for machines service and maintenance.
• Assist in improving the safety of all the electrical facilities or equipment in the factory.
• To attend customer’s complaint about any machine breakdown/failure and coordinate with customer for troubleshooting or repairing work at customers’ plant.
• Other machinery and facilities improvement task as assigned by Maintenance Engineer/Production Manager from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Education background at least Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Must be able to travel outstation when needed.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, Hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC system will be added advantages.
• Able to work overtime on weekdays.

5. To maintain and assure quality control on the workshop and heavy machinery maintenance section.
6. To create feasibility study and breakeven point Analysis.
7. To coordinate with other Site Engineers to achieve company and investors target.
8. To implement safety, health and environment SOP rule on site.
9. To conduct trial, commissioning and training on project site.
10. To conduct training and impart technical knowledge to local staff on the sophisticated equipment for gradual take over in the near future (Transfer of Technology).
11. To attend board meeting and to report to the Managing Director on a weekly basis.
12. To ensure all machinery parts and Lab equipment are readily stocks for contingency plan purpose.
13. To draw a comprehensive plan for the future of the Company.
