Do you know the reason why you feel unmotivated at workplace? First thing, you need to know what is the cause you feel unhappy. Once you discovered the causes, I think you can start to help yourself even more. For example, the reason you feel not motivated because of your colleague, s/he always bully you and so on, if that the cause you can lodge a report to your HR, or talk to your colleague and ask why they did that. Once that you discovered what is the causes, you can help to repair however if it's getting worst, then I recommend for you to take a rest for awhile and go take a vacation.
