Nk tnye still kene byr penalti ke resign 24 hours dan DAH DAPAT approval dari SV tp HR ckp lain..supposely 1 mth. Sbb bru je 2 hari kje lps 2 weeks training. And probation 3 mth. Blm permanent.

Sy training 2 minggu..then keje 2 hari pastu nk benti sbb environment sgt x produktif. Plus dpt keje bru. Company mintak bayar penalti sbb resign 24 hours sedangkan kene 1 mth. The issue is, SV / Leader sy dh approve. Then, tetiba HR ws untuk penalti tuh. Supposely ckp la yg betul, so that even kene cukupkan 1 bulan, sy maybe boleh tahan lagi.. Nie, sye dh terima tawaran baru, baru nk inform bout that thing. Btw probation 3 mth. Kontrak je 1 tahun. Bukan permanent...Help me!!!

Cuba review balik contract letter patutnya ada tulis berapa lama kena hntr notice masa probation tu usually 1 month and kalau tkde dlm contract letter boleh argue kt pejabat buruh
