I starting working with this Indian co. as Secretary. Work&Performance efficient & uptodate.The 3rd mth upon confirmation sister of MD start giving me trouble & stop me without any reason.Ps.advise!

The sister of M.D incharge if HR likes playing politics in the company & make all the Secretary run away.Keep changing Secretary every now & then.My M.D always listen to his sister and no decision making.I out so much effort and help the M.D settle and updated his work but they did not appreciate.At times, they are very racist type.I am happy working there coz can handle my M.D work which he assigned to me. Now,I've lost me job and been unemployed.Do you think,I should contact my.M.D & can join back the company?

I don't think so it's good to go back to the company because it does look like toxic environment for me. I would recommend for you to find new company with a great culture. It can helps to help you become more productive.
