1. Outgoing and lively personality, good at communication, with a strong desire for creative expression. 

2. Passionate about social media, enjoys shooting and producing videos, with a keen insight into visual content. 

3. Possesses basic knowledge and experience in social media management, video editing, and image creation. 

4. Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

5. Prior experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive traffic to the company's SaaS platform.
• Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories, tailored to different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and target demographics.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and proactively respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement community management strategies to foster a positive and engaged online community around the company's brand and products.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize social media strategies to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
